* Initial plan
* Transform operator IP list section to table format with stat file
- Replace bullet list with markdown table
- Add rows for all operators (chinanet, cmcc, unicom, tietong, cernet, cstnet, drpeng, googlecn)
- Add columns for each mirror site (EdgeOne Pages, GitHub Pages, jsDelivr)
- Include IPv4 and IPv6 links for each operator
- Add stat file row with links to all mirrors
